New award for New Era Aquaculture

The UK-based fish diets manufacturer New Era Aquaculture has netted its third business award in nine months. Two were for export excellence and one for innovation and service. The latest honour for New Era came in the first Sheffield City Region Awards when the company was crowned as a regional champion, having lifted the Excellence in Overseas Trade award in Doncaster Chamber of Commerce’s Business Awards earlier this year. New Era’s overseas sales represent more than 40 per cent of turnover, with extra staff members recruited to manage the increased volumes, and the company’s annual sales have grown by more than 40 per cent - up 50 per cent on the previous year.
