International Pet Conference: Pet Personality of the Year chosen

At the International Pet Conference, organised by Dähne Verlag and Management Forum of the Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt in Prague, the Pet Personality of the Year Award was presented to Steven Charman, the purchasing director of the UK pet supplies chain Pets Corner. Ralf Majer-Abele, the editor-in-chief of the trade magazines pet and PET Worldwide at Dähne Verlag, said that Charman had made a significant contribution to the success of Pets Corner. The chain not only offers its customers a successful, service-oriented retail concept, but also attaches particular importance to product quality and advice to customers. Pets Corner operates 70 stores in Great Britain and is one of the leading speciality retail chains there.
