Dennerle will not be appearing as an exhibitor at this year’s world-leading Interzoo fair in Nuremberg. It intends to concentrate instead on developing its products and introducing innovations as well as extending its customer care, said managing director Heinz Dennerle. Its 2012 innovations will be presented separately to the pet supplies trade during the year. This decision was taken following examination of the corporate strategy for 2012. There was agreement in the company to do more in the interests of its trading partners and consumers, including continuous innovation and more sales mechanisms for the retail trade. “This currently takes a higher priority for us than appearing at a fair, which is done mainly for image reasons,” said Heinz Dennerle. Alternative “fair discussions” are taking place on the customer’s premises or by request at Dennerle’s offices, with a greenhouse viewing included.
