The consumer goods company Nestlé reports that pet food was one of the categories with the largest growth during the first three months of 2020. The Pro Plan and One brands in particular saw good momentum.
In North America the brands Pro Plan, Fancy Feast and veterinary products grew at a double-digit rate. Latin America also recorded double-digit growth for Purina Petcare. Although Nestlé sales in China decreased due to the coronavirus crisis in comparison with the first three months of 2019, Purina Petcare still posted double-digit growth.
