BackUnited Petfood sells Pet 360
United Petfood Italia has announced the sale of Pet 360, a manufacturer of dog and cat food. The company has been acquired by entrepreneur Massimo Parise, who accomplished the transaction together with a pool of shareholders, according to a report from the Italian sector news service Pet B2B.
Massimo Parise has taken charge of Pet 360 as sole director. "We will soon move our offices to the province of Vicenza with the aim of expanding the network of stores served in Italy. From September, the aim will be to open up the foreign market, especially in the Far East," the entrepreneur is quoted as saying on Pet B2B. He added that he intended to continue the cooperation between Pet 360 and United Petfood.
