Managerial changes at Josera and Foodforplanet

The start of the year has brought structural changes in the management at Josera petfood and Foodforplanet.
At Josera petfood, Klaus Wagner has handed over the managing director role to authorised signatory Stephan Hoose, who complements Martin Büttner as existing managing director.
At Foodforplanet, Klaus Wagner has exchanged the managing director role with Benjamin Arnold, the authorised signatory who was most recently involved in building up and running digital operations in the pet food division. Benjamin Arnold will now assume responsibility for all of the company's activities.
