Five nominees – one award

Two companies from Austria and one each from Finland, the Netherlands and Germany: these are the five nominees chosen from over 30 applicants to compete for the PET worldwide Best Newcomer Award 2022. The five finalists are Aniveri, Livin Farms (both from Austria), Qimmiq (Finland), SØDE Design (Netherlands) and Strayz Petfood (Germany).

The chosen firms will each have a five-minute live pitch in which to present themselves and their products/services to a large audience at the International Pet Conference in Bologna on 11 October. The winner will then receive the PET worldwide Best Newcomer Award on the first day of the conference. An online poll of PET worldwide readers and voting by delegates to the International Pet Conference will decide which candidate comes out on top, with the online poll results and voting by conference delegates each accounting for 50 per cent of the total.
