The Italian competition authority has requested new documents to be able to continue its examination of the consequences of any merger between Arcaplanet and Maxi Zoo for the Italian pet supplies market. This was announced in its latest bulletin. The authority claims in the bulletin that the material submitted on 19 October with additional material on 26 October is incomplete and out of date. New information presented on 30 November would considerably alter the situation that forms the subject matter of the proceedings. The competition authority therefore deems it necessary for the parties to submit "a new, accurate and complete disclosure", according to the bulletin.
