Bioplast Aquaristik files for insolvency

Provisional insolvency proceedings have now been opened regarding the assets of the company, managed by Horst Ksiensyk. The proceedings are being conducted at the Amtsgericht (district court) in Wuppertal. The insolvency administrator is attorney Norbert Schrader. He has stated that the proceedings will not affect the recently established Bioplast International GmbH.
