Spotify offering playlists for pets

Users of the music streaming site Spotify, who are thought to number around 191 mio worldwide, can now create playlists for their pets. The facility is only possible in the Internet browser at present, but not in the app.
After selecting the type of pet and style of music, whether rock or easy listening, for example, users can upload a photo of the pet and enter its name. Spotify will then create a playlist on the basis of the pet owner's music profile.
