Dr Roger Mugford, the founder and CEO of the UK-based Company of Animals, will be stepping down as CEO of the organisation this spring to grow his new venture, Animal Insights Ltd. Paul Nolan, formerly operations director at Company of Animals, will move into the role of CEO.
Mugford, who is a pioneer in animal behavioural therapy and a prolific animal welfare advocate, will continue to work closely with Company of Animals, which he founded in 1979 and grew into the successful business it is today, said company officials.
His new business venture, Animal Insights, sets out to break new ground in the development of pet training products and will sit within his wider business portfolio.
