Excellent insect food from Sera

Sera Insect Nature is a staple food for ornamental fish that consists of 40 per cent insect meal. The Tenebrio larvae provide 100 per cent of the animal proteins. Insect meal is advantageous as an ingredient for several reasons: the breeding of insects is particularly resource-efficient, and insects also correspond to the natural food spectrum of ornamental fish, just like seaweed, which is also contained in Insect Nature.
Insect Nature thus enables ornamental fish to be fed in the most sustainable and natural way possible. But that's not all: the Insect Nature food container consists of 35 per cent sugar cane. Not only can the container be completely recycled, but at the same time it also consists to a large extent of sustainable raw materials and thus actively contributes to the reduction of CO2.
The concept of sustainability has been consistently thought through to the end here. The German speciality trade also sees it this way and has chosen Insect Nature as the "pet product of the year 2020/21" in the aquatics category in the pet readers' poll.
