BackMaxi Zoo opens 250th store in France
The pet store chain Maxi Zoo France, part of the Fressnapf Group, has just opened its 250th store. It aims to increase the number of stores it operates to 263 by the end of the year.
In 2020, Maxi Zoo France increased its annual sales by 25 per cent compared with the previous year to 212 mio euros. The growth rate in the first six months of 2021 was a considerable 29.5 per cent. In this period the chain opened 19 new stores in France and took on 211 new employees.
