August is the month when the India International Pet Trade Fair (IIPTF) opens its doors in New Delhi. Marking the 15th anniversary of the growing Indian pet industry, the IIPTF is strengthening its position as a platform that supports the industry’s growth. What began in 2007 with just 20 exhibitors has grown into a major event attracting over 250 exhibitors from India and abroad.

The India International Pet Trade Fair’s main objective is to provide a trusted venue where the Indian pet industry can come together to network and exchange ideas that will drive the industry forward. As the pet industry grows significantly every year, it is important for brands to actively participate and engage with it in order to keep pace with various developments. The IIPTF offers all brands the opportunity to showcase themselves to the industry, – from start-ups to established companies, including pet food and furniture manufacturers. The trade fair focuses on business ventures, networking, and developing ideas related to new industry discoveries and innovations.

Preparations for the upcoming IIPTF are already in full swing, and the trade fair weekend will offer a variety of learning opportunities through conference sessions, networking events, seminars and lectures.

According to the organisers, the IIPTF is the only pet fair on the Indian subcontinent and the largest pet event in India.
