1 To be honest we are not so into Internet marketing at the moment ourselves, but our importers and distributors worldwide use Internet marketing. We organise a lot of competitions via our new website and speak a lot through the website as well.
2 Our experience of Internet marketing is good (if you are in the right places). We believe that you have to pinpoint where to be, and not do it randomly. The Internet is definitely something that we have to use better because more and more of the communication between our customers is on the Internet.
3 Yes, in some countries we are.

"We offer a lot of service"
1 We have a special promotion (only running in Germany at the moment) where we advertise a certain product for a special price on our website, www.luckyreptile.com. The product can only be obtained from retailers who are participating in this campaign and it cannot be bought online, only in the pet store. The retailers are obliged to sell at the advertised price and to keep stock and in return can purchase the product from us at a special price during the advertising month. In addition they are listed on a special website as partners in this campaign.
The campaign is supported by marketing with Google Adwords and banners and key herp keeping consumer sites, which guide the user to the campaign page on www.luckyreptile.com for more information. The idea is to help retailers to attract "Ebay" buyers through special offers and get extra sales from them once they are in the pet shop.
Experience shows that several consumers visit participating pet shops because of this campaign. In addition, the product is advertised at the PoS to attract the attention of non-Internet users. The latter seems to contribute more product sales than the Internet component at the moment.
2 Internet marketing is mainly about the price if we are talking about direct marketing. A banner is most interesting to consumers if there is a "good" price involved. A normal product ad is not as attractive.
