Wayne Kemp, a proven expert in the pet industry, will be speaking about the future prospects of international pet retail at the International Pet Conference organised by PET worldwide on 16-17 October in Brussels.

With over two decades of experience in the animal health and veterinary industry, Kemp has extensive expertise in managing large-scale programmes and driving innovation. He spent over 20 years in various senior roles at UK pet retail chain Pets at Home, most recently as group store development & facilities director, before recently joining international pet retailer Casco Pet, where he will take up the newly created position of group managing director. In this position, Kemp will play a decisive role in shaping the future direction of the company.
