The new range, which was launched in December, is intended to be an amalgamation of the best of the "Arden Grange" range and the "Arden Grange Classic" range. Arden Grange regards it as an important benefit that "we now include cranberry extract in the whole range". Cranberries have been proven to aid not only in preventing urinary tract infections, but also in maintaining urinary tract health. The new range comprises the products "Arden Grange Kitten", "Arden Grange Adult" and "Arden Grange Light", which are all chicken based, and "Arden Grange Adult Salmon & Rice". According to the company all diets are still free from wheat, beef, soya and dairy products, which between them account for approximately 80 per cent of all allergies in man and animal. The company emphasizes that all products are also free from artificial colourings and preservatives. They are naturally preserved using mixed tocopherols and rosemary.Arden Grange is a family-run business based just outside Brighton that has been producing super premium pet foods since 1996. All the packaging and literature of Arden Grange has a "Not Tested on Animals Guarantee" logo, demonstrating the company's commitment to the welfare of animals. According to the company "we have not and never will fund any invasive research projects conducted in relation to the development or refinement of pet foods manufactured or sold by our company." A further example of the company's special sense of responsibility for the welfare of animals are the beautifully appointed kennels and cattery set in the rolling Sussex Downs in which other people's pets are cared for and fed. Each kennel has a built-in bed and is heated. The kennels also have individual runs that are over 15 feet (approx. 4.5 metres) in length and dogs can come and go from the kennel to their run as…
