Mars Petcare expands production plant

With two additional production lines plus the construction of a new warehouse, Mars Petcare is expanding and modernising its existing facilities at the production plant in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
The company is investing a further 117 million dollars in the plant. A previous investment amounting to 145 million dollars had already been announced.
More than 140 new full-time jobs will be created at the plant in addition to 120-plus new staff positions that were announced back in January. The factory in Fort Smith is one of 14 Mars Petcare plants in the USA.
