Replacing the CEO is one aspect of the succession plan for Dominik Müser that was put together some time ago, according to Karlie. Müser will leave following the restructuring and integration of the company into the Beeztees Group. "My job is done. The van Riel family can now take over as planned at the helm and lead Karlie into the future," says Müser. His main task has been to get the cost structure of the accessory manufacturer, which ran into difficulties due to mismanagement, up to a competitive level and regain the trust of the customers. "Together with the team at Karlie, Dominik Müser has done a magnificent job in the last few years," says Job van Riel, praising his predecessor. In between, according to Karlie, the company Best Quality Pet Product has entered into a strategic alliance with a long-standing supplier, thereby securing the supply of goods and innovative power for a substantial part of the assortment.
"We are proud that we were able to give Dominik Müser and his team the right support at the right time and by so doing bring his plan to a successful conclusion," explains van Riel. Because of this, the new team responsible for Karlie is extremely confident going forward.

New management team

The new CEO and his team will also receive support from his sister Guusje van Riel in assortment and procurement, Jacco Buijs in marketing and Edwin Janssen in the finance sphere. This Beeztees management team has been working successfully together for several years.
Karlie has had the Dutch family-run company Beeztees on board as a new investor since May 2017. Beeztees is a leading B2B partner for pet accessories with customers in over 45 countries. Siblings Guusje and Job van Riel are the second generation of the family to run the firm. No changes are being made to the original strategy, with both the Karlie and Beeztees brands remaining autonomous.
