"Our products are manufactured in Sweden and our customers like that. Interest in the provenance of the raw ingredients is high; this is something that we regard as very important.
I see that the central European market in particular is focused on wet food. This is clear especially in comparison to the Nordic countries, for example, and speciality retailers in particular. 
In terms of trends we are seeing increased demand for grain-free products in dry food. There is also a greater trend towards single-serve packs for wet food. With our wet food in Tetra Recart packaging we are still virtually the sole supplier and benefit from this monopoly."

"We export to over 60 countries; the international market is generally very important to us. The demand for higher-quality cat food is growing steadily in individual countries. We therefore attach considerable importance to the market for feline products and believe that there is still great growth potential for us.
Wet food is particularly popular in other European countries, but the share of dry food is increasing here. Treats, especially natural meat treats, are extremely popular and are an interesting growth segment for us too. High-quality cat food is no longer the exclusive preserve of indoor cats - rural regions are now following suit. Even owners of outdoor cats attach greater importance to high-quality food and food supplements.
The trend is clearly heading in the direction of additional functions. Food doesn't just satisfy hunger, it also offers added value for the skin and coat, for example, or for the joints. The demand for food supplements for cats is increasing. In the case of dry food, it is becoming ever more important that it is of very high quality, grain-free and contains unusual sources of protein."

"The international market is extremely important to us. In spite of differences between individual market segments, demands are on the increase with regard tohealthy nutrition. A steadily growing international clientele shows that our products are very popular both at home and abroad.
Wet food is generally more popular than dry food, regardless of certain regions or countries. In Sweden, Finland, Holland, Poland and Germany, cat products yield the biggest sales.
