Thomas Oberste-Schemmann is assuming the position of vice-president of Loyalty & CRMP at Fressnapf. He succeeds Timo Jatzwauk, who headed the CRM process at the Fressnapf Group for eight years and was responsible for introducing the national and international CRM programme.
Thomas Oberste-Schemmann was previously director of global CRM analytics at Douglas. At Fressnapf he is expected to play "a key role in further internationalisation of customer retention", according to a spokesperson for Fressnapf. He is considered an expert in data-driven omnichannel business, having conceived and implemented customer-oriented marketing strategies based on data analysis at Douglas.
