Zooplus appoints Karl-Heinz Holland as chairman

At the annual general meeting of Zooplus, the shareholders approved the appointment of Karl-Heinz Holland and David Shriver to the supervisory board and the re-election of long-standing board members Moritz Greve and Dr Norbert Stoeck. The committee then named Karl-Heinz Holland as the new chairman of the supervisory board. Previous board chairman Christian Stahl and board member Ulric Jerome saw their terms of office come to an end on conclusion of the 2021 general meeting.
Karl-Heinz Holland chairs the advisory board of European fashion retailer Takko Fashion. He previously held management posts with the Lidl Group and the Spanish DIA Group. David Shriver is director of communications for the Ocado Group (Great Britain) and an expert in strategic communication.
