United Petfood acquires Neodis Mornac

United Petfood has announced the acquisition of La Braconne factory of Neodis Group in Mornac, France. "The acquisition of this pet food factory offers us new opportunities for growth and synergy in a fast moving market," the company states in a press release.
The Neodis factory has been producing dry pet food for both dogs and cats since 1976. It employs around 50 people. With the additional production plant in France, United Petfood Group now operates out of 20 pet food facilities situated in 8 different European countries.
