Petmate acquires Gen7Pets

Petmate has announced the acquisition of Gen7Pets, a manufacturer of pet strollers, travel carriers and ramps. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Petmate will be transferring the management of the Gen7Pets business and its associated intellectual property to the company's corporate headquarters in Arlington. During this integration period Petmate will retain key Gen7Pets positions.
