Pet Pavilion during the coronavirus crisis
Four of six Pet Pavilion outlets are still open.

The London-based pet boutique operator Pet Pavilion was founded in 1995, 25 years ago. Instead of celebrating its milestone anniversary, the company, which operates six outlets in England's capital, has to cope with the coronavirus crisis.
As the retail company writes on its website, four of the six boutiques are still open. Only the outlets in Battersea and Hampstead have been closed until further notice. Grooming services are currently unavailable in all stores due to government regulations. Pet Pavilion is applying social distancing and allows a maximum of two customers at a time in its 50-150 m2 stores.
The retailer offers free delivery in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea for its elderly customers, carers, National Health Service staff and those at greater risk. A door-drop delivery service is also available.
