Market for pet medicines booming

Retail sales of medicines for pets in the USA in 2016 grew by more than ten per cent over the previous year.

It is expected that sales in this category will reach around nine billion dollars by the end of 2017, according to Packaged Facts, a department of the market research company MarketResearch.com.

Packaged Facts also believes that pet medicines will become one of the biggest growth areas in the US pet supplies sector in the next ten years.
