Diana Pet Food and Kalsec join forces

Kalsec Inc. and Diana Pet Food have formed a joint venture called Videka with a view to manufacturing natural antioxidant solutions for the pet food industry.
Diana Pet Food is seen as a market leader and pioneer in high-quality solutions that improve the wellbeing of pets and increase owner satisfaction. Kalsec is a leading producer of natural antioxidants and rosemary extracts.
In setting up this joint venture, Diana Pet Food is responding to the growing demand for safer, more natural pet food, according to a press release.
