Coveris pursues expansion

The European packaging company Coveris continues to expand and has announced its successful acquisition of Four04. Based in Norwich, Great Britain, the family-owned firm specialises in shipping bags and in packaging for fruit and vegetables, fresh foods and baked goods.
The integration of Four04 into the Coveris network will not only expand the company's product offering but also increase production capacity. In addition, its market presence in Great Britain, an important market in this field, will be strengthened, according to Coveris.
With headquarters in Vienna, Coveris operates 28 subsidiaries employing a total of 4 100 staff in the EMEA region.
