Arcaplanet permitted to acquire Fortesan

A year after agreeing with Mondial Pet Distribution to take over the Fortesan chain, Arcaplanet has now also been granted approval by the cartel authorities to close the deal.
Merging the Fortesan chain will bring the number of Arcaplanet stores to 300 in 17 regions of Italy and two stores in Switzerland. The shops acquired are currently in the process of switching to the Arcaplanet format. This conversion will be completed by the end of the year.
