VEP and partners acquire De Haan Petfood

Value Enhancement Partners (VEP) and partners have acquired 100 per cent of the shares of De Haan Petfood, producer of premium canned pet food based in Nieuwkoop, the Netherlands.
Eddy Nijhof has been appointed as managing director of De Haan Petfood following the acquisition. The previous management, Jolanda Ahles and Leo Hoogervorst, will remain involved over the next year to support a smooth transition.
