Soft chunks, sustainably packaged

Mera Tiernahrung's Mera essential Soft Chunks is the latest addition to its Mera essential line and is a dog food with semi-moist croquettes. The softer chunks proved a challenge with regard to packaging, but the company has succeeded in using a recyclable single-material solution for the first time in the 12.5 kg pack. The packs are also fitted with an aroma valve and airtight reclosure to guard against any loss of quality. By using these, Mera says it is taking another step towards a more sustainable future.
