International Pet Conference

Postponement to 2022

18.02.2021

The global coronavirus pandemic situation is forcing a rethink of everything this year. Unfortunately, the planning security for an international event like the International Pet Conference is not yet in place. PET worldwide and its partner, the Handelsblatt Media Group, are therefore postponing the International Pet Conference for another year to 11-12 October 2022.
The venue of Bologna in Italy will remain unchanged. "We hope that the situation will have normalised by then, so that a carefree meeting at international level will be possible," says Ralf Majer-Abele, editor-in-chief of PET worldwide.
To replace the postponed International Pet Conference, the two organisers are planning a new Heimtier-Kongress for the German-speaking market on 5 and 6 October 2021. The event will be held in German. Further details of the programme and its implementation, taking account of coronavirus-related regulations, will be published in the coming weeks.
