Dog Heroes launches pop-up store

Dog Heroes, an Italian start-up company selling fresh dog food based on personalised diets designed by nutritionists, has opened its first pop-up store in Milan.
The Dog Heroes concept store will be open until 14 March, giving dog lovers the opportunity to learn about selected recipes from veterinarians. The recipes can be ordered online at www.dogheroes.it. The company says its products are made from high-quality ingredients and are free of chemical additives and preservatives. According to company owners Pierluigi Consolandi, Marco Laganà and Gregoire Desforges, the meals have a meat content of over 60 per cent and are produced in Lombardy.
For reasons of sustainability the packaging for the food is manufactured from recyclable or reusable materials. Meals are delivered to customers at home by bicycle or electric vehicles.
