Aller Petfood celebrates 40 years in pet food

The history of Aller Petfood actually dates back 98 years to when Frederik Bylling bought the company Aller Mølle. His son Povl Bylling launched the present pet food company in 1979 when he was asked if he could produce pet food for sled dogs in Greenland, thus beginning the success story.
To date the company has expanded its customer portfolio to include many other private label clients. It also offers its own pet food range with All Dogs & Cats and Tasty Petfood. In 2004, Aller Petfood was one of the first pet food manufacturers to enter the Russian market and is now regarded as market leader in the market for Russian retail brands.
The family firm is now managed by Henriette Bylling, daughter of Povl Bylling.
