Jolly Pets enters cat market

Pet toy manufacturer Jolly Pets has announced that it has acquired Kitty Kasas to merge under the Jolly Pets umbrella. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded by two animal lovers with a rescue of their own, Kitty Kasas was created with both cats and their humans in mind. It appeared on Shark Tank in January 2019, securing two offers.
