Dr. Clauder’s gets a taste for digital fairs

Pet food manufacturer Dr. Clauder's is becoming increasingly keen on digital trade shows. "Now we are no longer limited to a particular time, but are able to show our customers our new products and company presentations at regular intervals," say the two managing partners Malte Hübers and Alexander Gerards.
The company was also delighted with the second edition of its free digital trade fair Digital Cruise from 17 to 20 June. A number of new products were unveiled, attractive offers introduced and interesting promotions presented. In particular, the live meetings with the office team were well received, according to Dr. Clauder's.
Despite the spatial distance, digital proximity was achieved and even staff who cannot otherwise be represented at physical trade shows made direct contact with customers. It was striking that participants who tended not to attend trade fairs this year.
