Bob Martin GmbH goes bankrupt

Only some months after Bob Martin (UK) entered administration, the German Düsseldorf-based subsidiary seems to have met the same fate. It has been announced that the Düsseldorf district court has opened proceedings in relation to Bob Martin GmbH for insolvency and excess debt. Attorney Nikolaos Antoniadis has been appointed insolvency administrator. 21 April has been set as the date of the creditors' meeting in the district court in Düsseldorf.
