The PLMA, the Private Label Manufacturers' Association, has cancelled its World of Private Label trade show. It had already been postponed once and was due to take place in Amsterdam on 2 and 3 December. The latest developments in the coronavirus pandemic were given as the reason.
World of Private Label is regarded as the world's biggest trade fair for private labels and is also hugely important for the pet sector. More than 2 800 exhibiting companies from over 70 countries were expected to attend, along with over 15 000 visitors from 120 countries.
As an alternative, the PLMA will now offer an online show and B2B video networking event, although no further details have yet been provided.
