Ten years ago the Fressnapf Group commissioned its biggest FMCG warehouse in Feuchtwangen. Up to now more than 400 000 pallets of pet food and accessories have been supplied annually from this location covering more than 20 000 m². It is also the main hub for supplying international Fressnapf and Maxi Zoo stores in Switzerland, France and Italy.
The warehouse has now been expanded. An extra 10 000 m² of warehouse space, 4 000 m² of additional premises, a new truck park and an extension of the pallet ramp have been added in less than ten months. Around 10 mio euros have been invested in construction and technical equipment. In future over 100 additional stores will be supplied and a larger range of goods delivered. Fressnapf Group stores in Poland will also be supplied from here.
The property has been owned since 2012 by the property investment company Catella Real Estate. The Fressnapf Group is a long-term tenant.
