Now the company produces and refines over 1 000 different natural raw ingredients and products for all pets in its 10 500 m2 plant in Altrip. The next generation of the family, Waldemar Kessler's son Erich and his daughters Lina Reich and Kerstin Kessler, are already entrenched in the company, which employs seven family members altogether. 
Kessler Zoologiegroßhandel offers its customers an all-inclusive service, starting with procurement of the raw materials and encompassing processing, production and packing. Extensive warehouse capacity ensures flexibility and the swift availability of all products and raw materials to customers. To keep pace with the steady growth, the company is planning to build a further logistics facility covering an area of approx. 5 000 m2 in the next three years.

The range in the aquatics sector extends from artemia eggs and FD products to tablets, flakes, sticks and granules. A special feature here is that Kessler Zoo-logiegroßhandel manufactures the flakes and tablets in its own plant.
