Petland sends aid to victims of Hurricane Harvey

Petland

The American pet supplies retailer Petland has donated more than 1 200 lbs (approx. 550 kg) of dog food and accessories to the Ross County Humane Society (RCHS) to help the pets affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The RCHS is a charitable association dedicated to animal welfare. Because the organisation has to make a 19-hour road trip to Texas, Petland also gave it another 300 dollars to cover travel costs. The company has also called for donations to support the initiative.
