New promotions

Edith Martignetti, who previously served as general manager at the American Pet Products Association (APPA), has been promoted to associate vice-president of human resources.
In her new role, she will continue to play an important role in the organisation of Global Pet Expo as well.
Alexandra Simonfay has been promoted from project coordinator to associate manager of industry relations. She will plan and execute organisation meetings, manage events for APPA's industry-related initiatives and manage contacts and secure event space.
She will also be responsible for overseeing the development of the Global Pet Expo show directory and assist with exhibitor registration and buyer qualification at the show.
