New factory to open in 2019

Terra Canis managing director Birgitta Ornau intends to open a plant in Petershausen.

The German pet food manufacturer Terra Canis is to open a new production plant in Petershausen, according to the Germany daily Süddeutsche Zeitung and the online portal Gründerszene. The municipality of Petershausen in Upper Bavaria is roughly 40 km from the company's head office in Munich.
Terra Canis aims to manufacture up to 10 000 tonnes of food annually in the new plant, which is to open in January 2019.
