New coup for Agravis Raiffeisen AG

Agravis Raiffeisen AG is taking over 16 Raiffeisen stores and the wholesale business in the area covering stores of RWZ Rhine-Main. The remaining smaller sales outlets of RWZ, which number around 50, will also be supplied with goods via Agravis in future.
With this acquisition Agravis Raiffeisen AG will strengthen the store business that has been growing for some years now. Approximately 60 staff of the stores that have been acquired will continue to be employed. The agreement reached between the two big Raiffeisen cooperatives has yet to receive the consent of the cartel authorities.
