Kemin Industries has announced the establishment of a Canadian division and will today, 18 January, inaugurate its new facility in Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada.

Kemin has acquired the assets of its longstanding distributor Agri-Marketing Corp. Agri-Marketing was founded in Mont-Saint-Hilaire in 1973 and has marketed Kemin products since its inception more than 35 years ago.

Kemin expects a seamless transition for customers, as the employees of the Agri-Marketing operation have been retained.

The new facility will concentrate on the pet food and pet health market along with the pet food and feed industry.
