Is Partner in Pet Food up for sale again?

Partner in Pet Food (PPF) is headquartered in Budapest.

It is clear that Pamplona Capital Management, a globally active equity company, is putting the Budapest-based pet food manufacturer Partner in Pet Food (PPF) up for sale again. The transaction database Mergermarket reported that Pamplona has mandated a bank to handle the sale quickly.

Partner in Pet Food is one of the leading independent manufacturers of private label pet food in Europe, supplying over 250 customers in 40 countries. Pamplona bought the company at the beginning of 2015 from international investment company Advent International for 315 mio euros. The latter had acquired PPF from London-based equity company Permira for 188 mio euros in 2011.
