Ikea launches pet furniture collection

Home furnishings giant Ikea is launching its own collection of pet furniture onto the market.

The collection has been named Lurvig, the Swedish word for "fluffy" and features sofas, beds and cushions along with scratching posts and toys for pets.


The collection is being premiered in the USA, Canada, Japan, Portugal and France. Other countries, probably including Germany, are to follow from March 2018.
