The international shopfitting company Casco Pet has acquired the German firm IHM Müller Aquarientechnik in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock. Casco Pet regards the acquisition as an important step in the implementation of its strategic plan, providing the British company with its own subsidiary in Germany.
IHM Müller is a family firm with over 20 years of experience in the sector and gives Casco in-depth knowledge of the reptile, bird and small animal segments.
"We have been planning to establish a subsidiary in Germany for some time, but I wanted to ensure that the right infrastructure and the right team were in place. IHM Müller is a perfect fit with corporate values very similar to our own," says Matthew Bubear, CEO of Casco Pet.
Frank Müller, son of the founder Ferdinand Müller, will remain as managing director of the company. "A combination of our expertise and extensive experience enables us to offer our customers the best products without exception. I am looking forward immensely to our collaboration," he states.
