13 weeks ahead of the start of Interzoo in Nuremberg (7 - 10 May), the number of registered exhibitors has risen to more than 2 000. It has thus surpassed the previous highest figure of Interzoo 2018, according to the Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (WZF), organiser of the trade show.

The exhibiting companies come from 69 countries – a first in the number of countries represented – and will occupy a total exhibition area of over 140 000 m². “We are thrilled to see such demand for Interzoo from the global pet supplies sector,” says Gordon Bonnet, managing director of the WZF and the German Pet Trade and Industry Association (Zentralverband Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (ZZF), the founder and honorary sponsor of Interzoo.
